Terms of service

Working terms while we're in beta. The final terms will follow standard SaaS practice and will be published before public launch.

Service

IA Cloud Memory provides an end-to-end encrypted, versioned memory store. We make best-effort uptime claims during beta but no SLA.

Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and your encryption passphrase. We can reset the former; we cannot reset the latter.

Acceptable use

Don't store anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to others. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise the service.

Liability

Service provided “as is” during beta. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months — which is currently zero.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice.
